We are looking for a Workplace Security Manager to ensure the safety of our workplace, assets, and operations. In this role, you will develop and implement security protocols, oversee security operations, and maintain a secure and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities
Developing, implementing, and updating the company’s physical security policies and proceduresManaging security operations, including access control and surveillance systemsConducting risk assessments and physical security audits to identify potential threatsResponding to security incidents and implementing corrective actionsCoordinating with building management to maintain a secure working environment
Requirements
7+ years of experience with security systems and emergency response proceduresKnowledge of access control, CCTV surveillance, alarm, and other security systemsEffective leadership and crisis management skillsStrong communication skills for coordination and reportingExcellent command of EnglishAppreciation and understanding of teamwork
