We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you control all payroll processes to ensure completeness and accuracy. You also work closely with multiple departments to deliver all payroll-related matters and compliance.

Responsibilities
Preparing the monthly payroll file for transactions Reviewing payroll reports prepared by the payroll service providerManaging private health insurance policy processesMaintaining completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of personnel filesConducting regular and comprehensive research on wages and fringe benefitsPreparing regular and ad-hoc reportsHaving knowledge of legal requirements and ensuring that processes comply with legislationMonitoring and coordinating occupational health and safety processes in collaboration with the contracted firm
Requirements
2+ years of experience in the payroll processPossessing knowledge of Turkey's payroll legislation, Employment Tax, and Social Security BoundariesGood command of written and spoken EnglishExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeAbility to handle multiple deliverables and high-priority tasks effectivelyStrong analytical and communication skillsPassion and interest in gamesAppreciation and understanding of teamwork
