🕹 Gameplay Guide

How do I play Royal Kingdom?

• In Royal Kingdom, you need to complete one or more goals to beat levels. These goals are shown in the upper middle part of the gameplay.
• In order to complete goals, you need to match 3 or more same-colored items or hit them with power-ups&boosters.
• While beating levels, you will get potions. You use the potions in order to complete tasks to build the districts.
• You can earn coins from events or by completing tasks and claiming their rewards.
• You can use coins to buy boosters, lives, and additional moves in a level.

Lives

• The lives show you how many attempts you have to beat a level.
• You can have a maximum of 5 lives.
• You will lose one life every time you fail to beat a level.
• One life can be replenished every 30 minutes.
• You can see how many lives you have from the number on the heart-shaped icon on the home screen.

Power-Ups

• Rocket clears all items in a column or a row depending on which direction it is pointed! You can create Rocket by matching four same-colored items in a line.
• Spinner clears a random object. You can create a Spinner by matching four same-colored items in a square. When taking off, Spinner also clears neighboring items.
• Dynamite clears the items within a two-tile radius. You can create Dynamite by matching same-colored items in L or T-shapes.
• Electro Ball clears all items of the same color. You can create an Electro Ball by matching five same-colored items in a line.

Power-up Combinations

• Rocket + Rocket clears the row and the column of that tile.
• Rocket + Dynamite clears three rows and three columns of that tile.
• Dynamite + Dynamite clears the items within a four-tile radius.
• Spinner + Spinner creates three Spinners that clear three random objects.
• Spinner + Rocket or Dynamite makes the Spinner carry the Dynamite or Rocket along with it to a random tile.
• Electro Ball + Rocket or Dynamite or Spinner makes the Electro Ball turn all the most common items on the board into Rocket or Dynamite or Spinner.
• Electro Ball + Electro Ball clears all the items on the board, and it also removes one layer from any game element.

Boosters

• Rocket lets you start a level with a Rocket placed randomly on the board.
• Dynamite lets you start a level with Dynamite placed randomly on the board.
• Electro Ball lets you start a level with an Electro Ball placed randomly on the board.
• Hammer clears one tile or removes one layer of any object without using a move.
• Battle Ram clears the row of the selected tile and removes one layer of any object without using a move.
• Drill clears the column of the selected tile and removes one layer of any object without using a move.
• Wizard Hat changes the colors of the items on the board to create power-ups.
• Bomber Plane throws three bombs on the board.

There are different ways to obtain coins. These ways are:

What is the Shield, and how can I get it?

• If you have a shield, it will create extra protection in the attack levels.
• You will get a shield after beating an Attack Level.
• You will lose your shield after an opponent destroys your castle.
• You have to win an attack level to regain a shield.

How can I check my shield status?

• You can check your shield status by opening the "Profile" screen.
• If you have a green tick icon near your shield, your shield will create extra protection in the attack levels against opponents.
• If you have a red cross near your shield, you do not have any extra protection in the attack levels against your opponents.
• You will lose your shield after an opponent destroys your castle. You have to win an attack level to regain a shield.

District Chest

Magic Pots

• To get the Magic Pots, you need to beat levels or rounds without losing. For every level or round you beat, you will earn free boosters to help you at the beginning of each level.
• The more levels you win in a row, the more boosters you will get at the start of the next level.
• Magic Pots feature will become active when you reach the 32nd level.
• The rewards you will get after beating levels consecutively from the Magic Pots are:
  1. stage: Dynamite
  2. stage: Dynamite + Rocket
  3. stage: Dynamite + Rocket + Spinner
  4. stage: 2 Dynamites + Rocket + Spinner
  5. stage: 2 Dynamites + Rocket + Spinner + Electro Ball + x2 Multiplier
• As long as you don’t fail to beat a level after the 5th consecutive beaten level, you will continue to start a new level with 1 Rocket, 1 Spinner, 2 Dynamites, 1 Electro Ball, and x2 Multiplier.
• When you fail to beat a level, the Magic Pots will reset. You will start over by upgrading the Magic Pots.
• x2 Multiplier will multiply your potion or cup rewards by 2 at the end of a beaten level.

Kingdom Journey

• The blue stars show your rank in your Kingdom Journey.
• In order to rank up, you have to complete tasks and claim their rewards.
• The more you rank up, the more you will get rewards.
• You can unlock a new district at certain ranks.
• You can also check your friends' ranks on your friend list.

Why did I lose a life?

Level is too hard.

What are tasks and how do I complete them?

• Tasks show what can be built in that district.
• There are a certain number of tasks in every district. In order to complete a task, you need to use potions that you gain through beating levels.
• After completing a task, you can claim its reward by tapping the "Claim" button that will appear in the Tasks pop-up.

You can open the District Chest when you complete all available tasks in the district. You will get coins and boosters as rewards from the District Chest.

🏅 Events and Tournaments

🏆 Champions Arena

• When you complete all available levels in Royal Kingdom, you can compete in the Champions Arena.
• In the Champions Arena, you will be competing with other players. You will collect cups by beating rounds and get amazing rewards.
• You compete with 9 other players with the number of cups you collect.
• The rewards will depend on when you join the Champions Arena, and the earlier you join the Champions Arena, the higher rewards you will get.
• Champions Arena ends when the new levels are published.

How can I get cups?

• After beating the last level in the Royal Kingdom, you can participate in the Champions Arena to get amazing rewards.
• After beating one round in the Champions Arena, you can earn a cup.
• You can also earn multiple cups after beating a hard, super hard, and attack levels.

✨ My Profile and Rank Up

How can I rank up?

You can rank up by completing tasks and claiming their blue experience star rewards. After collecting enough experience stars, you will rank up and unlock amazing districts.

How can I change my profile picture?

You can change your profile picture by following the steps below;

1. Tap on the profile image at the top left corner of the home screen.
2. Tap on the profile picture or the "Edit" button at the top side of the screen.
3. You can change your profile picture by choosing from the default images.
4. Tap on the "Save" button to use the selected profile picture.

Note: You can also connect to your Facebook account within the game to use your profile photo as a Royal Kingdom profile picture. If you don't want to use your Facebook profile photo to be a Royal Kingdom profile picture, you can follow the steps above to choose another picture.

How can I check my shield status?

• You can check your shield status by opening the "Profile" screen.
• If you have a green tick icon near your shield, your shield will create extra protection in the attack levels against opponents.
• If you have a red cross near your shield, you do not have any extra protection in the attack levels against your opponents.
• You will lose your shield after an opponent destroys your castle. You have to win an attack level to regain a shield.

💰 In-App Purchases and Coins

How can I purchase coins?

• In order to purchase coins, you need to visit Shop. To reach Shop, tap on your coins at the right of your profile image, or tap on the "Shop" button on the left of the bottom navigation bar.
• You can select the coin or bundle packages you want to purchase and continue through the Google or Apple payment process.
• You will receive package content after Google or Apple confirms your payment.

I did not receive coins that I purchased.

• We can help you immediately if you did not receive the purchased coins&packages.
• You can tap the “Settings” button in Royal Kingdom located at the right side of the bottom navigation bar and tap on the “Support” button.
• After that, tap the small “Contact Us” button located at the upper right corner of the screen to get in touch with us about the coins you have purchased. 
• We are happy to resolve the issue as soon as possible!

I cannot purchase coins.

• Your internet connection should be stable in order to make purchases. It is suggested that you use Wi-Fi or at least a 3G/4G/LTE/5G connection while purchasing coins.
• There might be temporary problems with the store where the game was downloaded. All in-app purchases are made through the store, and there is a chance that the store cannot respond to in-app purchases.
• Your payment information might need to be corrected, so you cannot complete in-app purchases.
  The store does not accept the payment method you are using. To see available payment methods in store:

• If you are still unable to make a purchase, please get in touch with us.

I cannot purchase coins.

• It is better to start by checking if there are any restrictions on the device. You can check your restriction options by going to Settings > Screen Time > Contact & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > In-app Purchases. If you want to make a purchase, you should allow In-app Purchases on this screen.

• Your internet connection should be stable in order to make a purchase. We suggest using Wi-Fi or a 3G/4G/LTE/5G connection while purchasing any package.
• There might be temporary problems with the store where the game was downloaded. All in-app purchases are made through the App Store, and there is a chance that the store cannot respond to in-app purchases. There might be temporary problems with the store. You can also restart your device and try again.
• Your payment information might be incorrect; that’s why you may not be able to complete in-app purchases. There is a chance that the store does not accept the payment method you are using. To see available payment methods in stores:

How can I dispute purchases?

You can tap the “Settings” button located at the right side of the bottom navigation bar in Royal Kingdom and tap on the “Support” button. After that, tap the small “Contact Us” button located at the upper right corner of the screen to get in touch with us regarding the payment dispute.

💾 My Game Progress

How to save my game progress?

• While playing the game, your game progress is automatically saved as long as you have an internet connection, so even if you reinstall the game on the same device, you will be able to reach your game progress.
• If you connect your game progress to your Facebook account, your game progress will be saved through Facebook, so if you change or lose access to your device, you can restore your game progress with your Facebook account.
• You can access your game progress across devices by signing in to the same Facebook account through the game.
• You can also save your game progress by signing in with Apple. After connecting your Apple account with your game progress, you can access it by signing in with your Apple account on other devices.

How to save my progress?

• You can also tap on the Facebook connect button on the “Social” pop-up. You can open the "Social" pop-up by tapping the blue button located left side of the level button.

How can I log in to another Facebook account?

• Open Royal Kingdom and log out from your Facebook account.
• Open the Facebook app, log out from your current account, and log in with the new one.
• Open Royal Kingdom and log in with your Facebook account.

• Open Royal Kingdom and log out from your Facebook account.
• Tap the Facebook connection button and log in with your new account on the browser page.

How can I log in to another Facebook account?

If you want to log in to another Facebook account, you should change your Facebook account through Safari. Then, open Royal Kingdom, disconnect from your Facebook account and connect to your new Facebook account.

I lost my game progress after Facebook login.

If you connect to a new Facebook account in the game, new game progress will be created for that account. If you want to access your previous game progress, you should log in to your previous Facebook account.

How can I see the game progress of my Facebook friends?

Tap on the "Social" button located left of the "Level" button on the home screen to see the progress of your Facebook friends.

I lost my game progress.

• If you are connected to your Facebook account within Royal Kingdom, your progress will be saved through your Facebook. Just sign in to your Facebook account within the game, and you can keep playing from where you left off.
• If you sign in to a new Facebook account while you were using another Facebook account before, your game progress will be reset.
• You can contact us if your situation doesn't apply to the explanation above.

I lost my game progress.

• If you are connected to your Facebook account within Royal Kingdom, your progress will be saved through your Facebook. You can just sign in to your Facebook account within the game to keep playing from where you left off.
• If you sign in to a new Facebook account while you were using another Facebook account before, your game progress will be reset.
• If you have enabled iCloud or iTunes backup for Royal Kingdom, you can restore your game progress on your device from iCloud or iTunes backup.
• If you restored your device to factory settings and you didn’t back up your game progress via iCloud, iTunes, or Facebook, it is not possible to restore your game data.
• You can contact us if none of the options above don’t work.

Can I reset my game progress?

I quit the game after beating the level but my level progress is still the same.

How can I transfer my game progress to another device?

How can I transfer my game progress to another device?

• If you connect your game progress to your Facebook account, your game progress will be saved through Facebook, so if you change your device, you can restore your game progress with your Facebook account.
• If you connect your game progress to your Apple ID account, your game progress will be saved through Apple ID, so if you change your device, you can restore your game progress with your Apple ID account.
• If you enable iCloud or iTunes backup for Royal Kingdom, you can restore your game progress on your other device from iCloud or iTunes backup.

Account Deletion

As a Royal Kingdom player, you have the right to request a deletion for all information we have about your game account. Please keep in mind that deleting your game account data will also mean deleting all of the data we have gathered about your game account, including any in-game purchases or event achievements.

After you submit the form, this process could take up to 7 days, and after your game account data has been removed, it cannot be recovered. However, you can reset the game to Level 1 and begin again if you choose to play.

You can tap the “Settings” button located at the right side of the bottom navigation bar in Royal Kingdom and tap on the “Support” button. After that, tap the small “Contact Us” button located at the upper right corner of the screen. When the chat window appears, please write “Delete my Account.”

How can I update the game?

• You should be able to update the game from App Store by searching for Royal Kingdom.
• After opening the page of Royal Kingdom, you can see the "Update" button on the page.
• You can update the app by tapping on the "Update" button.

Note: If you cannot see an "Update" button on the page;

• Open the App Store,
• Tap on your profile photo at the top right side of the screen,
• Swipe down the screen,
• Tap on the "Update" button next to Royal Kingdom,
• After tapping the button, you will be able to update the game.

How can I update the game?

• You should be able to update the game from Google Play Store by searching for Royal Kingdom.
• After opening the page of the Royal Kingdom, you can see the "Update" button on the page.
• You can update the app by tapping on the "Update" button.

How can I enable/disable sound and music?

How can I enable/disable vibration feedback(haptics)?

Tap on the “Settings” button at the right side of the bottom navigation bar in Royal Kingdom, and you can enable/disable vibration feedback by tapping the "Vibration" button.

How can I turn on/off notifications?

• You can turn on or turn off the notifications in the Settings section within Royal Kingdom.
• When you turn off the notifications, you will not receive any notifications from Royal Kingdom.

How can I enable/disable hints?

How can I change the game’s language?

• Royal Kingdom uses the language of your device.
• To change the language in the game, simply change your device's language and restart Royal Kingdom.
• The game will appear in the same language as your device.

My game closed by itself.

You can tap on the “Settings” button at the right side of the bottom navigation bar in Royal Kingdom and tap on the “Support” button. After that, tap the small “Contact Us” button located at the upper right corner of the screen to get in touch with us regarding the issue.

Please be sure that you are using the latest version of Royal Kingdom. To update the game to the latest version;

• Open the app store where you downloaded the game from.
• Search for Royal Kingdom.
• You will see the “Update” button when a new update is available.
• Tap on the “Update” button.

Fair Play Policy

• We are trying our best to ensure that the game is fair and fun for everyone.
• We apply a zero-tolerance policy to cheating and any kind of unethical behavior since they create inequality between players.
• We take immediate action for the accounts when we detect manipulated game progress.

Cheating

• Exploiting in-game bugs to manipulate the game progress.
• Using third-party software to gain unfair advantages or manipulate game progress.
• Trying to exploit the game with malicious intent.

The players who do not follow our Safe and Fair Play Policy will be banned from social features and online tournaments. The inventory (coins, boosters, lives) of the cheating players will be revoked.

How to report cheating?

• You can tap the “Settings” button located at the right side of the bottom navigation bar in Royal Kingdom and tap on the “Support” button.
• After that, tap on the small “Contact Us” button located at the upper right corner of the screen to report potential cheaters directly to us. 
• Please attach a screenshot showing the player’s information and any evidence of unfair activity.
• We will investigate your report and take the necessary actions to prevent cheating.

Unauthorized Selling/Buying

• If you come across any suspicious website or link claiming they can give free coins, boosters, or free lives, we recommend you not to open these websites or links.
• We also do not provide any third-party services outside of the game to sell in-game currencies or any item found in-game.
