We are looking for a Senior IT/AV Specialist who will be the primary point of contact for all IT/AV-related topics. As a Senior IT/AV Specialist, you will provide comprehensive support for software, hardware, and audiovisual systems while troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will also manage AV setups for video conferences, presentations, and live events to deliver seamless audiovisual experiences across the teams.

Responsibilities
Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting all hardware and softwareProviding end-user support for hardware, applications, tools, and systemsConfiguring, maintaining, and upgrading IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and firewallsManaging AV administration with supporting events and meeting spaces, ensuring smooth AV operationsSupporting the purchasing team with all IT/AV related mattersManaging IT requirements in the onboarding and offboarding processManaging IT assets throughout their lifecycle from acquisition to disposalFollowing new technologies and integrating them into our company
Requirements
+5 years of work experience in related fieldsExperience with hardware components such as desktops, laptops, GPU render farms, GPU and application servers and peripherals, artist machines and cloud hosting platformsCompetence in networking, routing, firewalls, and VPNs Experience in both macOS and Windows ecosystemsPassion and interest in gamesAppreciation and understanding of teamwork
