Job Description

We are looking for a diligent, well-organised Office Assistant who will be responsible for supporting the team in our new London office. This role is integral to ensure the smooth, day-to-day running of the office and will act as the first point of contact for all visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests coming to the office
  • Arranging lunches and occasionally social events for the team both on and offsite
  • Diary management and scheduling of internal and external meetings for our Chief Marketing Officer and our Chief People Officer.
  • Organising partner events for our marketing team
  • Following up with building maintenance to ensure any issues are rectified promptly
  • Handling incoming calls and other communications
  • Helping to organise and maintain the common office areas
  • Purchasing office supplies and taking proper inventory as needed
  • Dealing with general requests and errands in a timely fashion

Requirements

  • Well organised with a proven ability to prioritise effectively
  • Experience as an office assistant or in a related field
  • Practical knowledge of IT systems and programs
  • Open and friendly personality
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience coordinating and managing diaries
  • Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
