Customer Support Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will support designing end to end customer experience and relevant teams according to user insights.

Responsibilities

  • Tracking and solving issues via email and chat
  • Working closely with product and engineering teams to improve user experience
  • Following reviews on App Store and Play Store ratings regularly and replying to them
  • Providing comprehensive information regarding technical issues with our product
  • Monitoring customer complaint trends and analysing them for necessary action plans
  • Understanding all related metrics to improve the user experience

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, especially in writing
  • Experience supporting users via email and chat 
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Time management skills to enable prioritization of tasks
  • Passion and interest in games
  • Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
