Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to contribute towards the development of all brand content across Royal Match and Royal Kingdom. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for ensuring our brand advertising is category defining within the entertainment industry and conveys our value propositions in a creative, innovative and compelling way. Drawing from your extensive experience in creative agencies or similar roles, you will conceptualise, develop and deliver advertising that inspires players around the world that ultimately will drive brand and business success. You will work collaboratively with the brand team to ensure we develop a regular pipeline of world class content that will be deployed across US, UK and other tier 1 markets around the world. This role will report into the CMO.

  • Develop and strengthen our unique identity and tone of voice across our portfolio of games
  • Develop our long term creative brand vision - through the relentless understanding of our product and players along with our brand’s objectives you will find creative ways to reinforce our value propositions and positioning
  • Develop innovative and effective creative strategies across a range of initiative that inspire and entertain our target audience
  • Create concepts, guidelines and strategies for various creative brand projects and oversee them to completion
  • Alongside our brand team collaboratively oversee the creative development process from concept to execution
  • Be adept at presenting ideas, be humble at taking feedback and be comfortable working in a collaborative and iterative environment
  • Grow the team through new world class talented hires and encourage a culture of creativity and innovation within the team
  • Lead brainstorming creative sessions


  • Significant experience in a creative leadership role or you are ready for the next step up in your career
  • An extensive and diverse portfolio of creative work where you will have demonstrated an amazing ability to put the product in the centre of the work
  • In depth knowledge & expertise in design principles, visual communication, branding, copy writing across a wide range of media channels from traditional to digital
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking where you have aligned creative concepts with broader business goals
  • A track records of solving problems through identifying and unlocking insights that lead to creative breakthroughs
  • A deep understanding of the wider creative industry and market trends is essential to ensure we continue to innovate and stay ahead of player media consumption trends
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Collaboration is absolutely essential along with the ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on creative development throughout the process
  • Experience in entertainment is highly desirable
  • Be motivated to create category defining creative work that positively impacts brand and business goals over industry awards is essential
  • Passion and interest in games
